Who we are
800 Business LLC ("800 Business", "we") helps people set up companies in the UAE and keeps their accounts. We decide how your personal data is used, so we are responsible for it.

We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). If you live in the European Union or the UK, we also respect your rights under the GDPR.
What we collect
When you contact us or book a call
Your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and what you tell us about your plans. If you book a call through our Zoom scheduler, we also receive the booking time and your answers on the booking form.
When you use the cost calculator
Your answers (for example your business type, number of visas and shareholders, or your company's transactions and tax registrations), your first name, email and WhatsApp number, and the estimate we showed you. We also note which page and campaign brought you to us (for example "Google ads").
When you apply to set up a company
The details the Free Zone needs for each shareholder and manager: full name, date of birth, nationality, address, marital status, religion, mother's name, passport and photo, proof of address, and UAE visa or Emirates ID if you have them. For a company shareholder: its registration documents and the details of its representative.
When you are our accounting client
Your company's bank statements, invoices, receipts, contracts, payroll and tax records, and the contact details of the people we work with.

Why we use it

How long we keep it
- Enquiries and calculator results that don't lead to work with us: up to 24 months after our last contact, then we delete them.
- Unfinished applications: deleted on request at any time, and in any case within 24 months.
- Clients: for as long as we work together, then for at least 5 years as anti-money-laundering law requires, and up to 7 years for tax records.
How we protect it
The website runs on HTTPS. Documents you upload are encrypted on our own server, and you can't open them through a public link. Our back office is only open to named team members with secure logins. We never ask for your passwords to banks or government portals.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it
- stop or limit how we use it, including all marketing emails
- send your data to you or another provider in a common format

Children
Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, except family members' details a client gives us for a family visa.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page.
